When I came to pick it up, they waved the $30 patch cost. I have been coming here for tire changes and light repairs for a few years and would recommend them to anyone who asks for good shops. Avoid this shop - Unfair charges and no service provided I came in for a simple blower motor resistor replacement on my Nissan Rogue. I explicitly told them what the issue was to save time. After making me wait for an hour, they told me they "didn't have time" to actually do the repair that day. To my surprise, they still charged me $108 for a "diagnostic" and "shop supplies." When I challenged this, they justified it by their $180/hour labor rate. It is ridiculous to charge for "shop supplies" when no parts were installed and no actual work was performed. I essentially paid over $100 for them to confirm what I already told them, only to leave with my car still broken. I have the receipt to prove this. Came in for a tire repair, and after some efforts they found the tire was unfixable. They found a used like for like tire and mounted it. All at a very affordable cost. Excellent communication and service. Would highly recommend.
