Dealerships have advantages — they’re the first to receive brand-specific technical service bulletins, and their technicians are factory-trained on that particular brand. For some specialized warranty repairs or recalls, a dealership is your only option.

Our warranty on parts and labour frequently exceeds what dealers offer on the parts they install. If something we repaired gives you trouble within that window, we fix it.

We’re one of only two independent shops in Saskatoon offering Advanced Driver Assistance Systems calibration — lane keep assist, adaptive cruise control, collision avoidance camera systems. For most vehicles, this is dealership-only. Not here.
Digital Vehicle Inspection.
Every vehicle that comes through our shop gets a photo and video inspection report sent directly to you. You see what we see before you approve anything.
Your Factory Warranty Stays Intact
A common misconception: if you take your vehicle to an independent shop for scheduled maintenance, you void your factory warranty. That’s not how it works.
Under Canadian consumer protection law, manufacturers cannot require you to use a dealership for routine maintenance to keep your factory warranty valid — as long as the work is done to manufacturer specifications and documented. We follow factory-recommended maintenance schedules, use appropriate fluids and parts, and keep service records for every vehicle. Your warranty is protected.
This matters especially in the first few years of ownership, when many drivers feel locked into dealership pricing. You’re not.
Journeyman Technicians on Every Job
Faithfull Tirecraft has five journeyman-certified automotive technicians. Journeyman certification is the highest trade qualification in the province — it requires years of apprenticeship and a passing grade on a rigorous provincial examination. It’s not a marketing term. It’s a credential.
Most independent shops in Saskatoon don’t have five journeyman technicians. Many dealerships have a mix of journeymen and apprentices, with the more experienced technicians assigned to warranty and complex work. At Faithfull Tirecraft, the person working on your vehicle has earned their ticket.
